In an outdoor ceremony May 21, 478 degrees were awarded to members of Colby's Class of 2017 at the College's 196th Commencement. New students moved in on Aug. 24, and the fall 2016 semester starts Aug. 29. Our newest Red Dragons will officially join the Oneonta family when they walk through the historic pillars of Old Main during the traditional Pass Through the Pillars ceremony on the campus quad the night before classes begin.
SUNY Oswego has awarded Merit Scholarships to a select group of students who are starting at the college in fall 2016. The Merit awards are $3,000 over four years. For non-New York state students, the total award can increase to as much as $39,000 in combination with a Destination Oswego scholarship.
